Most of the Presidents, General Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors, Foremen and various administrative personnel can tell you the same story. I consider it my personal responsibility to make sure that everyone is learning new things—going to seminars, in-house training, industry association meetings, college courses, continuing education classes for adults and visiting other branches or departments of our companies. i’ve been accused of being a real zealot about this policy.
