Quality — To ensure that the quality promised is the quality delivered, mock-up plans are completed and approved by the customer prior to full scale production. Workmanship and application procedures are closely monitored and compared to the protocol to ensure standard quality through the lifespan of a project. Working with specifiers, owners and manufacturers’ representatives establishes high standards and guarantees optimum results. This partnership allows Valcourt to provide our customers with a warranty of substance and integrity.

Scheduling — Since Valcourt only works on occupied buildings, we’re sensitive to the operational needs of our customers. We observe time parameters to minimize disruption and inconvenience to the people living or working inside the building. Our “Manage to Schedule” approach creates interdependent systems of communication and provides benchmarks to quickly determine schedule changes when needed.

Satisfaction — Customer satisfaction is essential to our success. We utilize customer satisfaction forms as an integral component of our continuous improvement process. We ask our customers to speak candidly about our service to assure their satisfaction and our ongoing improvement.
