Ayleen Cruz

Ayleen Cruz is a Business Development Manager for Valcourt Building Service’s ProXpress division, where she builds and supports client relationships and helps property managers, engineers, and building teams address façade maintenance, water infiltration, and exterior repair needs. She works closely with clients and operations teams to identify building concerns and coordinate practical repair solutions.

Ayleen joined Valcourt in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and ProXpress Administrator, gaining valuable experience in job coordination, billing, payroll, and internal operations. She was promoted to Business Development Manager in 2025, bringing a strong understanding of both client needs and project operations to her role.

Prior to Valcourt, Ayleen worked as a Medical Assistant, where she developed the organizational skills, attention to detail, and service-focused approach she brings to her clients today.

Outside of work, Ayleen enjoys spending time with her three daughters, staying active, and continuing to grow personally and professionally.
