Chris Agostinacchio

Chris Agostinacchio is a Business Development Manager with Valcourt Building Services, specializing in waterproofing, façade restoration, and parking structure repair throughout New Jersey and New York City. Since joining Valcourt in June 2026, he has focused on building strong client relationships and working with property managers, owners, and building professionals to identify effective solutions for exterior restoration and repair needs.

A New Jersey Shore native and graduate of The College of New Jersey, Chris brings more than 15 years of experience in the restoration and precast concrete industries. His background includes inspection, project management, annual budgeting, and strategic partnership development, giving him a well-rounded understanding of both the technical and business sides of restoration projects. Chris combines that technical knowledge with a relationship-focused approach, helping clients navigate building challenges while fostering strong connections throughout the industry.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, especially his daughter, whom he coaches in soccer and softball. He also has a passion for the restaurant industry and spends weekends supporting his family’s business as a staff manager at One Willow in Highlands, New Jersey.

Chris is also committed to giving back to his community and serves on the board of the Thomas Fette Scholarship Fund, which awards up to $10,000 annually in scholarships to graduating seniors in Middletown, New Jersey.
