Nestled on 53 lush, tropical acres, the Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel and Convention Center is located near Orlando’s most popular attractions. Valcourt was selected to apply a waterproof coating to the all-suite tower that required a careful matching of several custom colors. Given Caribe Royale’s high occupancy, extensive coordination was needed with the reservations team so as not to disrupt their guests vacationing at this high-end hotel.

Valcourt’s extensive knowledge and experience working in the hospitality environment played a critical role in the success of this complex project. Collaboration between Valcourt and Caribe’s onsite reservations team became a vital component to completing the project schedule on time.
Valcourt employed a large-scale crew with multiple swing stages, taking great care not to disrupt guests while work was being performed. Valcourt coordinated with its supplier to ensure that the custom colors applied to the tower matched perfectly.
Given Valcourt’s performance and project management for the tower, Caribe Royale chose Valcourt again for similar waterproofing work at their impressive lakeside villas and convention center.
