Abel holds an MBA and a master’s in human resource management, enabling him to blend strategic business insight with people-centered leadership. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), skills that allow him to effectively manage complex projects and lead high-performing teams with clarity and precision.

A Florida State Certified Building Official (BCA) and ICC-certified Commercial Building Inspector, his deep roots in construction stem from growing up in a family immersed in the general construction industry, where he developed hands-on experience and a passion for the field from an early age.
