Alfonso Duran

Alfonso has been with Valcourt since its inception in 1986 and has been directly involved in growing the business from a fledgling operation to the smoothly run operation it is today. Alfonso oversees the window cleaning workforce across the DMV alongside Luis Martinez and has mentored many of the operations leaders serving in crucial roles across the company. Alfonso is passionate about the safety of our window cleaners and works tirelessly to ensure that they have the resources they need to execute their work effectively and safely. Alfonso is also a winner of the most prestigious award given by the IWCA: Window Cleaner of the Year 2010. Alfonso lives in Springfield, VA with his wife, Julia and enjoys spending his free time with his family and mentoring young family members outside of the US.
