Amy Zdrowak

Amy Zdrowak is a Business Development Manager for Valcourt Building Services, serving clients throughout Greater Orlando and Central Florida. With more than 20 years of experience in the building envelope industry, Amy brings extensive knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, EIFS, and air barrier systems to her role.

Amy focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with engineers, consultants, property managers, and other industry partners, helping connect clients with solutions that protect and extend the life of their properties.

A native of Alabama, Amy earned her degree in Marketing from Auburn University. She currently resides in Orlando with her husband, Keith, and enjoys spending time with their two children.
