Amy Zdrowak is the Business Development Manager for Valcourt Building Services, serving the Greater Orlando and Central Florida areas. With over 20 years of experience in concrete repair, waterproofing, EIFS, and air barriers, Amy plays a key role in fostering strategic partnerships with local engineers, consultants, and property managers to deliver exceptional value through Valcourt’s services. A native of Alabama, Amy holds a degree in Marketing from Auburn University. She currently resides in Orlando with her husband, Keith, and enjoys quality time with their two children.
