Blaese Romano serves as the General Manager of the Valcourt Group’s New Jersey Waterproofing & Restoration division, where he holds full P&L responsibility for the branch. With over 15 years of experience in the construction technology and logistics industries, Blaese brings a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, grow revenue, and implement transformative business strategies.

An entrepreneur at heart, Blaese previously founded and scaled a logistics company specializing in oversized and overweight freight transportation nationwide, successfully leading it to acquisition. His experience as both a business owner and corporate leader gives him a unique perspective on growth, accountability, and operational excellence.

At Valcourt, Blaese is focused on driving sustainable revenue growth, enhancing margins, and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. He is passionate about empowering his team and inspiring excellence at every level of the organization.
Blaese holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. A lifelong New Jersey native, he enjoys summers at the shore with his wife and two daughters. When not with family on the sandbar, he can often be found offshore fishing for pelagics or inshore chasing Blackfish and Fluke.
