Brad Cortazzo

Brad Cortazzo is the Vice President of Operations for Waterproofing and Restoration at the Valcourt Group. He brings extensive executive leadership experience and a proven track record in operations, integrations, and business growth.

Before joining Valcourt, Brad served on the Senior Leadership Team at BrandSafway, where he led key functions including Global Supply Chain, Fleet Management, Access Engineering, Integrations, and Field Quality. He also successfully oversaw the Specialty Services business, driving performance and operational excellence. Prior to BrandSafway, Brad spent more than seven years at General Electric, advancing through roles in manufacturing, field services, and project management.

Brad began his career in the U.S. Army, serving five years in company-grade leadership positions that shaped his foundation in discipline, team-building, and operational execution. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
