Darren DeGaetano

Darren DeGaetano is a Business Development Manager with Valcourt Building Services, serving the Greater Philadelphia and Delaware Valley markets. With more than 20 years of sales experience, Darren specializes in consultative selling, developing long-term client relationships, and helping property professionals identify solutions for their exterior building needs.

Before joining the building services industry, Darren spent 15 years in sports broadcasting. He later transitioned into sales and business development, managing and developing major accounts across commercial real estate, healthcare, hospitality and gaming, and food and beverage. His experience spans the commercial flooring, waste management, and commercial kitchen cleaning industries, giving him a broad understanding of client needs across a variety of property types and markets.

Darren is an active member of BOMA Philadelphia and previously spent four years serving on the organization’s Board of Environmental Sustainability. His relationship-focused approach and diverse professional background allow him to connect with clients, understand their priorities, and serve as a trusted resource throughout the Greater Philadelphia market.

Outside of work, Darren enjoys saltwater fishing and professional sports. His broadcasting career included work with CBS Sports and NFL Films, and he is a longtime season ticket holder for both the Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies.

A Philadelphia-area native, Darren and his wife grew up in Marlton, New Jersey, where they continue to live and raise their two daughters. The family also enjoys spending summers in Sea Isle City, New Jersey.
