Emerson Chapelle

Emerson Chapelle is a Business Development Manager for Valcourt Building Services, serving the Greater Bradenton/Sarasota region of Florida.

He brings a well-rounded background in the AEC industry, beginning his career in roofing sales with a national firm, where he gained hands-on experience with building envelope systems and client-focused service. He later transitioned into the cement industry, expanding his knowledge of materials, construction processes, and project coordination.

After relocating to Sarasota in 2016, Emerson spent six years working alongside local structural engineers in the waterproofing and restoration sector. This role strengthened his technical expertise and broadened his industry network. Valcourt had long been a familiar name on his bid list before he officially joined the organization in 2025.

Emerson holds certifications in ACI Concrete, Post-Tensioned Repair, Project Management (PMI), and Structural Engineering for Non-Engineers. These qualifications help him translate complex technical challenges into clear, practical solutions for clients.

Outside of work, he enjoys studying new languages and staying actively involved in the busy schedules of his blended family’s six children.
