Erik Aubel

Erik Aubel is the Senior Project Manager at Valcourt Building Services, serving clients throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. With over 20 years of experience managing a wide range of construction projects in both the U.S. military and private sector, Erik brings a deep understanding of logistics, leadership, and execution. He approaches every project as a chance to align each client’s unique goals with a successful final outcome. 

Erik earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy, where he was a four-year member of the Varsity Offshore Sailing Team and held several leadership roles. After commissioning as a United States Marine Aviator, he flew the AV-8B Harrier before transitioning to serve as a Logistics Officer. He deployed multiple times to Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations around the world, honing his skills in logistics and project management. 

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Erik now lives in Severna Park with his wife, four children, dog, and cats. Outside of work, he enjoys sailing, woodworking, and traveling—including a 10-week cross-country adventure with his family, visiting 19 national parks.
