Glen Teel

Glen Teel is the President of Valcourt’s Waterproofing division, overseeing all waterproofing and restoration businesses within the Valcourt Group’s portfolio. Glen joined the Valcourt Group in February 2025 and is based in The Woodlands, TX. His strategic vision and dedication to cultivating high-performance teams have been key in his professional journey. Glen has a proven track record in strategy, growth, and operational excellence with several large, industry-leading organizations. Glen earned his BS in Business Administration from Northeastern State University and has further honed his leadership skills through Executive Leadership Programs at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Lisa, their two children, and his grandson.
