Josh Rhinier

Joshua Rhinier is the Project Manager for the Waterproofing & Restoration Division, where he is responsible for purchasing materials, preparing submittal packages, managing production schedules, and ensuring quality control. With a collaborative approach, Joshua fosters open communication with his team before project work begins and keeps everyone informed with regular project updates while addressing changes or issues as they arise. He prioritizes maintaining a safe work environment on-site. Before joining Valcourt, Joshua gained experience as a project manager at a residential design/build firm and also has a background as a carpenter and superintendent. He holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
