Kyle Nurminen

This Mid-West-Born-and-Raised, Navy Veteran decided to retire from government work after completing his bachelor’s in organizational management in 2004. Representing one of the Top 5 commercial roofing contractors in the nation at the time, Hurricanes Charley, Francis, Ivan, Jeanne, & Katrina proved to be formidable training grounds for this roofing rookie. After this 5-run crash course in all that can go wrong in roof design and how it affects overall investments, it made perfect sense for him to relocate permanently to Florida in 2006.

Since then, he has turned his firsthand experience with roofing & structural failures into his area of expertise – proactive, full-building-envelope preventative maintenance & restoration.

Combined with his in-depth knowledge in all types of roof systems and experience managing national & statewide account portfolios, he has also become a well-trusted consultant for commercial portfolio and association managers responsible for millions of dollars in assets and looking to maximize their return on investment over 20–40-year life cycles.

Kyle is driven by his passion for serving others and preventing catastrophes as he spearheads our ProXpress Roofing Division over the entire state of Florida.
