Leon Menard

Leon is the Regional Vice President of Valcourt Group’s Waterproofing and Restoration division in Florida, where he is responsible for the safety, quality, productivity, and growth of the region.

He brings over 20 years of leadership experience across the engineering, building services, and construction industries. He spent 15 years at GE, serving in roles including field engineer, operations leader, transformation leader, and integration leader. He then spent five years with TK Elevator, where he led service transformation efforts for North America across all lines of business. Most recently, he co-led the service division at McKinstry, overseeing a $100M P&L in the MEP space.

Leon holds a Bachelor of Science in Facilities and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. He is a Lean Six Sigma practitioner, a certified Change Management practitioner, and serves on the Service Council Advisory Board.
Currently based in Tampa, Florida, he lives with his wife, their two children (ages 15 and 17), and their dog, Archie. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, sailing, and coaching youth baseball.
