Luis Martinez

Luis has been with Valcourt since 2002 and has overseen the window cleaning workforce in the DMV area alongside Alfonso Duran since joining the company. Luis has a construction background and has been an essential part of our team as we have expanded service offerings into bird proofing, garage pressure washing, and façade pressure washing. Luis is passionate about coaching and mentoring our crews as they take on more complex service offerings and spends a lot of his time in the field demonstrating the proper procedures to ensure our clients receive the best possible service, regardless of what service we are providing. Luis lives in Germantown, MD with his wife Martha and is an active member of his church.
