Manfredo Nunez 

Manfredo serves as Pre-Construction Manager, overseeing the estimating department at the Florida Branch. In this role, he is responsible for supervising departmental functions and providing support to estimators throughout all phases of the bidding process, including verifying quantities, logistic planning, phasing, and reviewing the final cost model. Through collaboration, Manfredo develops tailored strategies on a project-by-project basis to ensure a sustainable approach can be effectively implemented by the operational team. Originally from Bolivia, Manfredo relocated to Florida to pursue a degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of South Florida. He began his journey with the Valcourt team in 2012.
