Michael MacDonagh

Michael currently serves as Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions, overseeing teams across Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, and the Carolinas. In this role, he drives regional growth and strengthens Valcourt Group’s position as the premier partner for clients seeking comprehensive exterior building solutions.

A visionary leader focused on strategic growth, Michael is passionate about building high-performing teams, leveraging innovative technologies, and expanding market presence through increased productivity and strategic sales initiatives. With deep expertise in the commercial sector, he is recognized for his leadership in restoring and revitalizing aging infrastructure while delivering long-term value for clients.

Michael previously served as President of the Sealant, Waterproofing, and Restoration Institute (SWRI) and was honored with the 2023 SWR Institute NextGen Leaders Under 40 Award.

Born in Junction City, Kansas, Michael grew up in a military family and lived throughout Europe and the Southeastern United States. He joined EDS in 2005 as a laborer while attending East Carolina University, graduating in 2007 and steadily advancing to his current leadership role.
