Rosa Houston

Rosa is a Business Development Manager at Valcourt Building Services, overseeing operations across the Florida Panhandle, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. With over 20 years of experience, she brings expertise in project management, operational leadership, and business development, consistently driving long-term value for every project. Rosa collaborates with local engineers, property management firms, and condo associations to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional results.

A Troy University graduate, Rosa holds a master’s degree in business management with a focus on organizational leadership. She is an alumna of Leadership Pensacola (LeaP) and holds several industry certifications, including Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) in the State of Florida, and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) from the National Apartment Association.
