Seth Beitz

Seth is the Northeast Regional Vice President of Valcourt Group’s Waterproofing and Restoration division. As a seasoned operator and growth leader, Seth brings deep experience and knowledge in the mechanical and building services industries.

Seth began his career at HB McClure, where he advanced through leadership roles overseeing sales, operations, and a $40M P&L within the commercial service division. He later served as Vice President of Operations at Kelso Industries, where he helped drive growth from $180M to more than $1B in just two and a half years by streamlining processes and scaling teams to support multi-market expansion.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University, where he was a member of the wrestling team that captured four National Championships during his time there. Outside of work, Seth enjoys time with his wife of 11 years, Sarah, and their two children—Cooper (9) and Whitney (7).
