Tina Hourihan

Tina Hourihan is a Business Development Manager with Valcourt Building Services, specializing in waterproofing, façade restoration, and parking structure repair throughout the Delaware Valley. Since joining Valcourt in 2024, she has focused on building strong client relationships and helping property managers, owners, and building professionals identify effective solutions for exterior restoration and repair needs.

A South Jersey native and graduate of Rutgers University, Tina brings more than a decade of experience in construction, business development, sales, and operations. Her background also includes experience in the healthcare sector, giving her a broad perspective on client needs and relationship management. Known for her energy and relationship-focused approach, Tina enjoys connecting people, building lasting partnerships, and serving as a resource for clients throughout the building and restoration industry.

Tina is an active member of BOMA Philadelphia, where she serves on four committees. She is also involved with several industry organizations, including PAA, ICRI Delaware Valley, CAI, IFMA, HEA of New Jersey, and HFMA of the Delaware Valley.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with her family, especially her daughter, Adilee, and spending summers at the Jersey Shore. She is also passionate about giving back to her community and serves as the marketing strategist for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting underserved communities throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
