In addition to Bradley, Jeff Gontarek and Frank Duarte will lead and coordinate the expansion into Richmond. Gontarek, Richmond’s new VP of Operations, comes from the DC/Baltimore market, where he served as Valcourt’s VP of Operations for the past seven years. Duarte will transition from the Operations Manager of window cleaning to Project Manager of waterproofing. Both Bradley and Duarte have over eight years of experience in the Richmond market.
