The original waterproofing at Ridgely Condominiums had failed, causing some water to enter the building and degrade concrete elements. The building’s façade was also dirty and weathered and in need of a fresh look.
Using highly trained field personnel and a full support staff, Valcourt provided extensive restoration services for Ridgely Condominiums. Intricate restoration work for this high rise included many aspects of waterproofing, including window cleaning and facade caulking, concrete deck repairs, rebuilding concrete corners on balconies, new balcony deck coatings, rail post pocket repairs, EIFS repairs, and new façade coating.
